Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Algeria typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive tracking details by SMS once your order ships.
Standard shipping is 700 DA for orders under 20 000 DA. Orders over 20 000 DA qualify for free standard shipping. All shipments are fully tracked.
We deliver to cities and communes across Algeria. Enter your address and city at checkout — if we can't reach your area, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by SMS to the phone number provided at checkout. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.
We offer 30-day easy returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Sale items and personalised pieces are final sale unless faulty.
Contact us via the contact page or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Yes — size exchanges are available within 30 days. Contact us with your order number and preferred size. If your size is in stock, we'll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your full name, phone number, and shipping address, then choose pay on delivery or online payment to complete your order.
We accept cash on delivery (COD) across Algeria, as well as online card payment at checkout. All prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD).
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We can make changes before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our returns process.
Yes — after placing your order you'll see a confirmation screen with your order number. We'll also send a confirmation SMS to the phone number you provided at checkout.
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements in centimetres. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Contact us for personalised sizing advice.
